Earlier we wrote about a cool blogger hack and code for Meta tags for keyword, Description and even Title. Get ready for another simple blogger Hack for better SEO ! Now Search engines like Google love keywords in Title and the URL, but in blogger the file name or the permalink of the post is based on the post Title you give. For example if the title is Blogger Title & Meta Tag Keyword ,Description hack - Blog SEO Tip the link by default becomes http://technojuice.blogspot.com/2007/09/blogger-title-meta-tag-keyword.html removing any special characters.
But adding many keywords make the title boring for that eye catching effect for people! So what's the solution ? Simple !
1) Give the post the title with the Keywords coming in first, so if you are writing a post on Apple and iphone make sure to include them in first 5 words. NEVER STUFF THE TITLE WITH UNNECESSARY KEYWORD WHICH LAND YOU ON THE BAD BOOKS OF SEARCH ENGINE.
2) Publish the post then click edit post.
3) Now change the title to something a little more catchy and publish the post again !
And you are done !

Blogger Hack for better permalink SEO
Apple, Steve Jobs, AT&T sued over iPhone price revision
Since Apple announced the price cut of iPhone made the moron of the early buyers by $200 a law suit was inevitable. It finally happened on Sept 24, a lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
It was filed by Dongmei Li who accuses Apple and others of price discrimination, underselling, discrimination in rebates, deceptive actions. Did anyone expect a $100 "Store Credit" will settle the humiliation of waiting hours outside the Apple store only to find price slashed by $200 and 4GB model discontinued, what do "genius" Steve Jobs thinks his customer are.... morons ?
May be Steve "I like to say Boom" Jobs doesn't give a damn for his customers which explains the 2-year "mandatory" agreements with AT&T, imposing hefty $175 termination fees then the price cut and joke of a Store Credit!
She cannot resell her iPhone at the same cost she bought, and the 4GB model will be discontinued !
Now guess how much is she asking for damages, $ 1 million ! What kind of lawsuit is if the damages are not at least a million dollars.

Blogger Title & Meta Tag Keyword ,Description hack - Blog SEO Tip
Every SEO guru and even pseudo guru will tell you the importance of Meta Keyword and description Tag in SEO, and it is obvious there are plugins to do just that in wordpress !
But there is no feature blogger to customize the Meta Tags.
So I made some easy mods to optimize the Meta tags for Keywords, Description, Title and even customize for the Index page, post page and archive !
By default Blogger gives only the title which is :-<title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title>
This give the output as the Title of your blog !
So to start the mod we need to identify the there types of pages i.e. Index (main page), Item page (the individual post page) and Archive ! So the code needs have 3 scenarios.
Next is the Globally available Data tags that blogger provides which is unbelievably less ! There is no post title, no post keywords. Hence we are forced to use the following<data:blog.title/>
Which is the title of your blog<data:blog.pageTitle/>
This is the Page Title.
So here is the SEO meta tag code customize it according to blog before your add it to your blog HTML.<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "index"'>

Mircrosoft and Facebook Team Up, But Is microsoft picking up a stake in Facebook ?
Microsoft and Facebook is hot search term thanks to the rumorthat is spreading like Wild Fire in the blogosphere. According to WSJ Microsoft could purchase upto 5% stake in facebook at a cost in the range of $300 million to $500 million. The rumors are strengthened by the announcement by Microsoft that they and Facebook Team Up for Advertising Syndication to the more than 9 million registered users of Facebook.
Facebook has been always a target for a buy out or a stake by the big 3 of the internet world Google, Yahoo and Microsoft. But Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook kept turning down offers unheard before for a start up company giving way to theories of an upcoming IPO !
Facebook’s valuation which is currently at $10 billion could go even higher as the rivals create a bidding war !
How to Add Recent Comments Widget for Blogger - Damn Simple
If all you wanted was to show the Recent comments on your Blogger blog like in Wordpress then here is how you can add a Recent comments Widget in flat under a minute !
You need to be in Blogger Template version to get a Recent Comment box !
1) To start you need the feed url of your comments, in blogger it is :-
http://yourblogname.blogspot.com/feeds/comments/default/
2) Now Go to the Template tab on your blogger dashboard and Click on Add a Page Element
3) In the new window under the Feed section click on Add to Blog:
4)In the Configure Feed window, enter the feed URL of your comments (from step 1)
5) Now in the settings you can select the Authors and date if you want.
Save it and You are pretty much done !!

Starbucks to offer 50 Million free iTunes downloads
According to appleinsider.com Starbucks plans to give away 50 million songs to customers of its U.S. coffee shops to promote its new iTunes wireless service that due to launch next month for FREE !
10K shops of Starbucks will give out "Song of the Day" cards redeemable on the iTunes Store starting from October 2nd to November 7th, customers then can redeem the song before the end of the year.
They also mention:The complimentary download cards will offer hand-picked songs from top artists including Bob Dylan, Joss Stone, Dave Matthews, Bebel Gilberto, John Mayer, KT Tunstall, John Legend, Annie Lennox, Joni Mitchell, Keith Urban and Paul McCartney plus music from up-and-coming artists such as Sia, Band of Horses, Hilary McRae, Frederico Aubele and Sara Bareilles.

Blogger play - Better than sqatting flies
Blogger hasn't buzzed lately but finally when it did it created something for those forlorn moments ! So here we go play.blogger.com is the place where you can pass your time looking at the pictures that were being uploaded in real time.

Apple iPhone Carrier update for France & Germany
After Apple choose O2 as the selected carrier for the 18 month contract that comes with the iPhone. Its the turn of France and Germany.
For France, Orange to be the chosen one to get the contract and in Germany it is going to be T-mobile.
There are rumors that it could be Rogers Wireless to get the exclusive iphone contract in canada.
Frankly the iPhone contract is a major iPain in the iButt ! Why can't they just sell the unlocked version and sell the contracted version at a subsidy? They very well know that the unlock will be available soon ! I guess the only person who can answer is "Genius" Steve Jobs.
